Q: What will be provided by Moonwalk Adventures?
A: We will provide a qualified air inflated pillow ride operator. The operator will arrive at your location approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time. The operator will setup the attraction and remain with it the entire time it is inflated to supervise the children. At the conclusion of your event the operator will take down / remove the attraction.
Q: What does Moonwalk Adventures require from me?
A: Moonwalk Adventures requires a $25.00 non refundable deposit. We also need an unobstructed area at least 25ft. by 25ft. in order to set up our air inflated pillow ride. The rides can be setup on virtually any hard surface. Our air inflated rides require a constant source of electricity. Household electric is sufficient. For outdoor events where electrical hookup is not available, Moonwalk Adventures can supply a portable generator for an additional fee.
Q: Can the rides be setup indoors?
A: Yes, The rides can be setup indoors providing we have adequate ceiling clearance.
Q: What if it rains?
A: We can not setup our air inflated pillow rides if it is raining, there is the threat of rain, or winds exceed 25 mph. In the event of inclimate weather, we can either refund your deposit or reschedule your event.
Q: Does Moonwalk Adventures have insurance?
A : Yes, the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania require us to carry liability insurance. A copy of the policy can be obtained upon request.
